The picture clearly shows the watch band as gray. When you order the watch, you get it in Black.

The quality was great but the customer service is what blew me away! When they realized it would not make it in time for Christmas they sent me an email that they were overnighting me another one and I could keep the late one as well! I felt like I was purchasing from "people" as opposed to a "company".
