It's by far the best silicone ring on the market. I like these plain ones the best. I have them in three colors. Perfect for a guy like me who likes to throw around a kettlebell when I get up from my desk while working. Size down a little and they stretch to fit perfectly in my experience. The Grooves really work as a competitor's ring irritated my skin.
Let me just say these folks are more than amazing !!!! their rings and other products are more than amazing!!!! I had reached out regarding the warranty banking oon a long shot because there was absolutely nothing wrong with my 4 rings however I had lost a 125 lbs and none of them fit and ask if they would be willing just to exchange one of them they went way above and beyond gave me credit for all 4 of my rings plus some and I was able to get brand new rings in my new way smaller size . And they did not have to do this but that just is a Testament to what an amazing group of people They are and what an amazing company they have....
