The shipping team put the belt in the same shipping bag as my ring box. Problem is the magnetic belt, attached to the ring box which caused the scratching. Not sure at all why they would do this. Called customer service and said they would send a replacement. 7 days later still had not heard anything. Called back and was informed they had a computer switch over. Not sure how that was my problem….. They were sending me another out… 4-5 days later I received 2 more belts and rings, packed the same way with the ring box attached to the belt, however not scratched. I told them I now had 3 belts and 3 rings. They said they would send me 2 shipping labels, to send both the damaged and new ones back separately. Only got 1 label, so only sent one back! I have 2 belts and 2 rings now.
Good news, I love the belt, both of them, lol! Rings are just, ok.
Bad news, customer support is a joke!! They cannot change my mind on this!
You should take customer advice!
