How do I redeem my credits?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and visit the “Ways to Redeem” section to redeem your credits for rewards.
Where can I see my credits balance?
Log in to your account! Your credits balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.
Do my credits expire?
The majority of credits will expire 90 days after being issued. There may be other credits issued that will have a different expiry timeline.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.
What happens to my credits if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the credits you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday credits will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.
I forgot to use my credits at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately credits cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
