My husbands other Groove ring had gotten thin from everyday wear and finally ripped. I called and without any questions, a new one was guaranteed to be sent out. In the process of waiting for it, things had changed at Groove in their shipping department and I hadn't received it for almost 2 weeks. When I called, they got it straightened out and I received it just about 2 days later. Will continue shopping from Groove.
I'm very happy with my rings, they look good and I don't get sweaty spots under them. The only thing is I wish they didn't cost as much as they so. Don't get me wrong I'm planning on getting more of them because of how good they are for someone who loves to scuba dive, go shooting, and just be out doors and active living.
I love my rings that I bought my nephew one to send to Afghanistan were he is serving r country he is in the army. I haven’t sent it yet in his care package
