First, let us introduce you to our guarantee, affectionately known as our “94-Year No BS Warranty.” We know, it’s a mouthful, but that’s because we don’t want you to mistake it with the “Total-BS Steal-Yo-Money Warranty” from that one company. You know the one.
Why is it called the 94-Year No BS Warranty?
We want our warranty to be the one you know you can rely on… forever. That’s why we will cover your purchase for the next 94 years (and if you need it after that, feel free to let us know.) And the No BS part… well, you probably figured that one out already.

If you’re like us and want to know exactly what you’re getting when you buy a Groove Life product, take a deep dive here where we answer every question you’ve dreamed up.
Didn’t grab the right size? No worries! All exchanges (and that includes size, color AND style) are completely free for the first 30 days! We even cover shipping on those. Just plan to cover the difference if you swap it for a product that costs a little more.
If you realize that some crazy caffeinated version of yourself took over your computer and went on an online shopping spree (don’t you hate it when that happens?), no worries! We offer full refunds for the first 30 days.
We make rings for adventurers, so we anticipate a little bit of crazy living going on in our gear. If your Groove Life product is damaged, let us know and we will replace it for free! If this happens a second time, we’ll get it replaced, no worries. All we need from you is the shipping cost of $5.
We know firsthand the emotional devastation of losing your favorite adventure gear. That’s why we decided to help you out with loss, too (Here’s a tissue box for those thankful tears). If you’ve lost your Groove Life product, we’ll cover it the first time for a small fee of $5 for rings and watch bands and $15 for belts.
*All custom or personalized rings will have a $10 customization charge.
