One of the reasons that I bought the belt was the warranty on the packaging which reads:
No BS 94 year Warranty –Yep. For Real. Break it, Tear it, Lose it we’ve got you covered. For life.
However, online I find the real warranty which completely contradicts what is on your packaging:
What Is Covered Under Our Warranty
• Manufacturing defect.
• Product failing to perform as intended.
What Is Not Covered Under Our Warranty
• Lost or stolen items.
• Unregistered product purchased from 3rd party. (Amazon or other retailers)
• Normal wear from reasonable usage.
• Damage caused by improper use or storage, or damage caused by intentional or unintentional abuse, neglect, or accident.
• Shipping charges on international orders.
#1 exclusion – Lost or stolen. WOW! #3 Exclusion Normal Wear and Tear. This would be breaking it or tearing it. Not what the package says!! What a scam ya’ll are running. I am completely disappointed in this product and never buying another product from your company.

These are some of the best belts out there. I really do love them but my only issue is the buckle durability. I feel they scratch and dent too easily. I got two in December of last year and the one I use for work it scratched scuffed looks like I’ve owned it for years. The second belt is my dressed but and that one has a small dent on it. I’m not rough with them I do lean up against stuff at work and counters at home. I would think for the price the durability of the finish would hold it better longer.
