The photo on the screen shows a beautiful ring I would love to wear. Unfortunately the actual ring is not white with delicate black etching. It’s a smudgy gray with barely visible lines.
I shared my feelings and asked to exchange it. I was sent my choice of another ring so the company’s customer service is great, but I still wish I had been able to have the ring in the picture.
