How do I use the warranty for my product?

Can I exchange for another size?

If you are within 30 days of purchase, absolutely! You can follow this link here to get started: exchange size

It’s only two stamps on an envelope to return a single ring or watch band! If there are more items to return, postage will cost a little more and that is the responsibility of the customer.
Can I exchange for another style?

If you are within the first 30 days, of course! Email or chat in so someone can help you out. Please note there will be an associated shipping/handling fee with style/color exchanges.

Sizing

Do you offer half sizes?

We don’t make rings in half sizes but if you think you’re a half size, we recommend going down to the nearest whole size for all Solid, NFL, NCAA, Edge, Dimension, Custom, Zeus and Hero rings. We recommend the next size up for Camo, Nomad, Aspire rings. If it feels weird, we’ve got you covered with our 30 Day No Risk Guarantee!

Are the rings made to stretch?

Our rings will relax a little in the first couple weeks, so it should fit a tad snug when you first get it. Our Zeus & Mayhem rings are made with anti-stretch technology, so you can expect the fit to stay the same.
What range of ring sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes ranging from size 4 - 15.
Why don’t you offer bigger/smaller sizes?

Because of how the rings are made, we can only offer the sizes we have available on the site right now. *We have size 15 available in our solid color ring collection and our Original width NFL rings! The solid colors available in size 15 are Blaze Orange, Deep Stone Grey, Black/Black, Black/Red, Black/Blue, Pearl, Copper, and Black Pearl.

Shipping

What are your shipping times and what service do you use to ship?

We use the US Postal Service to ship out all of our products. We are unable to ship orders using any other courier service. The shipping times stated below are standard shipping times, not inclusive of when we’re running a sale or the USPS is experiencing high volume (like Christmas or COVID).

    $3.99 Fastest - Ready to ship within 48 hours

    $4.99 Fastest and Groove Insured. Ready to ship within 48 hours and your package is guaranteed against loss, damage or theft.
Why doesn’t my replacement or exchange order have tracking?

Our exchanges and replacements do not ship with tracking information, but once they leave our facility, they get to you in 5-10 business days. Please allow for an additional 7-10 business days if your item had any engraving or painting (NCAA, NFL, Dimension, Exclusives)
I bought a ring/watch band, and the order shows confirmed and shipped but the tracking doesn’t show movement. What the heck?

Hey! Never fear, we’re working on it! Once we print a shipping label, your order is going to show as preparing to ship...but with no movement on the tracking. We ask that you give us 7-10 business days for us to get your item engraved and painted. Once your item has been handed off to the USPS, it can take another 24-48 hours for the tracking to start showing movement. It all depends on their volume and how quickly they get your individual package scanned!
Do you ship to my country?

Thanks for asking! We ship to most countries; Canadian shipping is a flat $5 and any other nation is $10. The order has to first ship to the international shipping hub in Hialeah, Florida. The order takes approximately 3-5 business days there for processing. From here, the order departs the US and starts to make its way to you! Tracking updates will show you when to expect delivery.

*Please note that customs in some countries require you to pick up your order rather than delivering to your door. If additional duties are charged, please send us a photo of how much you were required to pay and we’ll refund that amount to your original order.

What does 'Groove Insured" mean for the shipping option?

We know "stuff happens" out there between our office and your home and want to provide an option for extra protection for your order. We do not expect anything to happen. Most orders arrive as intended, but for those few that don't we created "Groove Insured". It is a customer option whereby we, Groove Life, protect your shipment from damage, loss and even theft. We cover your shipment from our office to your doorstep. For example,

1. Your package is marked "delivered" by USPS but you never received it. - Covered by 'Groove Insured'

2. You receive your package but it has been opened or damaged beyond use. - Covered by 'Groove Insured'

If you haven’t registered your product, you’re still covered! We’ll just have some additional information we’ll need to get from you before we can proceed.
Do you have retail stores near me?

We have retail stores everywhere, so there is bound to be one close by! We do recommend calling the store prior to driving there if you have a specific item you are wanting, as all stores carry different products. Go here to check them out!

Products

Why does my watch band or ring feel stiff?

All of the bands in our Aspire, Mossy Oak, Kryptek, and Nomad lines are made with Synthetic Elastomer Polymer material, along with medical grade silicone. This allows us to get that awesome design to stay on. These materials can make the band a little stiffer.
Are you going to offer MLB, NBA, NHL rings?

We are always working on new designs and partnerships! There is an extensive licensing process with each of these, but our partnership with the NFL has paved the way for us to pursue an agreement with these various organizations.
Do the watch bands come with a watch face, too?

Nope, you’re going to need to buy the watch for your band. All of our watch bands come without the watch face.

Custom Items

Why can’t I preview my custom ring?

We do not have a way to create personalized renderings of your custom design on the spot right now, but it is definitely something we are working towards!
What is a fill color?

A fill color is the paint color you want your custom image or text to be on your custom ring. It is NOT the color of the inside band of the ring. We can’t customize that part of the ring for you.
Can I have a custom size or color made just for me?

Because of how our rings are made, we can only offer the rings we have on the site right now. Color combination, engravings, or sizes not listed on our site are not something we have available. Chat with us or shoot us an email, and tell us your idea! We get a lot of our design ideas from customers.
I want a custom logo. How can I do that?

So, we only offer custom logos for bulk orders, not individual rings, and the logo will have to be approved for content and licensing. You can start here !

Acetone, bleach, motor oil, and fuel have the potential to be damaging. But no worries, we will always replace them if something happens.
Good care tips?

Mild soap and water are all you need for cleaning! We recommend cleaning after a fair amount of wearing just to be sure dirt doesn’t hang around.
