I had to go back to a metal ring for a short while as I waited for this one to come in as I had lost my other Groove Life ring. The metal one was very uncomfortable during lifting, and ended up taking it off because I was worried I’d scratch it. Groove Life rings are comfortable, fit well, and look great. I don’t even feel them, but I miss them if they’re gone.
