My original Groove ring was one of the standard 3D rings. After a little over 2 years, it started to tear. I contacted Groove Warranty service and quickly given a code for the full replacement value (+shipping) of the ring. I decided to upgrade to the Zeus ring for a few dollars more and I am very pleased with the new ring and the service. Thank you for the great customer service.
