This watch band was fantastic! Absolutely loved it the issue lies in how the band is attached to the metal piece that slides into the watch. There is a spring loaded pin and if you hit the watch sideways on anything it’s flys out and good luck finding it! Used the warranty and got a new one and that one did the exact same. Unfortunately had to go with another brand.

I really love my new watch band. In fact, this the 5th watch band I have purchased for myself and family and friends. My only issue is based on an experience I had last week while on vacation while out of the country. My KRYPTEK TYPHON - APPLE WATCH BAND, recently purchased in the past few months broke where the pen connects with the band and watch. Do you have a replacement guarantee. I am unable to find my purchase confirmation email. Do you have my purchase on record for Chad Creech?
