Bought this watch band and a belt. Belt is great. Watch band is too thin for my Ultra watch and shows signs of sweat marks which I confirmed with the company would not be a concern before I purchased it. I requested a return They sent a label and informed me I had to package and send myself. The only option given was USPS. This is not convenient for me. A better option would be a pick up or just keep the band and donate it

Sorry about your watchband and to hear it was not your favorite. We try to make returns as seamless as possible and cover the shipping back. Just pop it back in that bubble mailer or similar packaging and add the label and stick it in your mailbox, no need to go to the post office or anything!
