I think the product is okay, but I also experienced terrible support when I paid for fastest delivery and received it slower then the cheapest option. Requested a refund on the cost and nothing but crickets.
My original purchase was my measured ring size but the flexibility seems to add a very small amount so I inquired a smaller size and it just shipped and closed out my options.
Very vague and closed support with no contact from a person, seems just all automated. Not very helpful and if the replacement is too small I'll likely be required to purchase another ring.
Overall, product is decent, ordering system and support is trash worthy.
